INSPIRATION:

Over the silent victim, they tower – the guardians of eternity. They do not weep, they do not interfere, they do not judge. They watch, frozen between compassion and impartiality, between heavenly light and inevitable fate. This painting is a visual poem about sacrifice and faith. The crucified figure in the center is not just a symbol of suffering, but of a transition – from mortality to immortality, from pain to salvation. The angels are guardians, but also witnesses to the divine paradox – how can death give birth to eternal life? „The Sentinels“ does not give answers. It leaves us to search, to feel, to believe.
